Referrals from the firms that don’t do what you do.
We introduce law firms to partners at larger firms that don’t offer their practice, then build the referral relationships that follow. Every message goes out in your name, approved by you first.
Your market, plotted
Every engagement starts with a map: the larger firms around you that don’t offer your practice, and the partners whose clients need it.

How we work
Three steps, in order. Each one closes on your written approval.
-
Map
We identify the larger firms in your market that don’t offer your practice, and the partners whose clients need it. You approve the list, and your conflicts process clears it, before anyone is contacted.
- List approved
- Conflicts cleared
-
Reach
We write to those partners in your name, starting with the people you already know. Nothing is sent until you have approved the wording, and every reply comes straight to you.

System
We set up what keeps a referral relationship going: an easy way for partners to introduce you, a note back when they do, and a record of every referral in both directions.
- Hand-off note
- Status back
- Referral log
Firms whose best work arrives by referral, and who want it arriving from more than one place.
If larger firms already send you work, we make it a system. If they don’t yet, we start one.
Questions partners ask
Is this allowed under the bar rules?
Your rules, and your approver, decide what goes out. We draft. You approve every message in writing, with any label or disclosure your jurisdiction requires. Nothing is sent that you haven’t seen.
Do you take a share of referral fees?
No. The fee is fixed and agreed before we start. Nothing is tied to referrals, matters or what you bill.
What happens when a partner replies?
The reply comes straight to you. Nobody hears back until you have approved the response, and once a conversation turns to a matter, it is yours from there.
How is this different from lead generation?
We never contact your prospective clients. We introduce you to other lawyers, in your name, and build relationships that send work in both directions.
How long does an engagement run?
A fixed term, agreed before we start. When it ends, the lists, the messages and the referral log stay with you.
